Your apartment will be available starting at 14:00 (2:00 pm) on the day of your arrival. Please let us know roughly when you plan to arrive so that we may meet you, give you the keys for your apartment and other information related to your stay. Please go to Gartenstrasse 4 (just down the hill from Martensstrasse 4) and ring the doorbell for Markus and Melanie Mueller or for Elisabeth Mueller. You can also reach us by calling the free number at 0700 789 333 44.

Children's Beds

There is space for you to set up your child’s bed in the bedrooms in Martenstrasse and in G2 in Gartenstrasse. We unfortunately do not provide cribs or special children’s beds.


Well-behaved pets are always welcome in our apartments. We ask that you do not allow your pet in the bedrooms or allow them to climb on the upholstered furniture. Please take extra care of your pet in and around the apartment - the guests that follow will thank you!

TV and Wireless Internet

You’ll find instructions for TV and the cable connection readily available in the apartment. Please ask us for the password for the wireless internet connection.

We can lend you an Apple TV if you are renting one of the apartments in Martensstrasse. With the Apple TV you can listen to music or stream videos from your ITunes Computer or borrow movies from the iTunes store. We will ask you for a deposit of € 50.


When you arrive you’ll find bed linens and towels at hand. For longer stays you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer that belongs to the house. Please let us know if you’d like to use them.


We’re very pleased to have a special breakfast offer for our guests from our partner Alpina Bistro. The Bistro has a special menu ready for you, a copy of which you’ll find in the information binder in the apartment. You can reserve the service for any day - please let us or the team at Alpina know.

Paying for your Stay

Please pay for your stay before you leave. We’ll prepare an invoice for you on the day before you depart. The invoice will include the costs we confirmed upon your booking along with the Gersfeld city spa tax. There will be no additional costs for the apartment.

Payment is in cash unless you have made arrangements at the time of booking (to transfer the amount or to pay over Paypal). Unfortunately we are unable to accept checks, credit cards or bank cards.


Please leave the apartment at the very latest by 11:30 am on the day of your departure. This gives us time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Please don’t forget to return the keys to us.


We’ll be happy to organize special outings or events for you including Nordic walking or a mountain bike tour. We’d be glad to help you make your stay a special one.


We have many extras available on request. For example a small electric grill, iron and ironing board and garden lounge chairs are ready for your use. In 2012 we’ll have also have a small selection of wines and a limited number of souvenir t-shirts that you can purchase. Please feel free to ask us about these items anytime.
